Pastor Don grew up in the Penn Hills area of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He attended Duquesne University for his Master's Degree in Education and the Indiana University of Pennysylvania for his undergraduate degree.  He is a licensed minister with the Assemblies of God through Berean School of the Bible.
